Étude de requalification de l’entrée de ville à finalité opérationnelle

Déplacements, stratégie foncière & économique

Schéma urbain, foncier et de desserte du quartier de la gare de Salon de Provence autour de la réalisation du Pôle d’Echanges Multimodal.

Le partenariat avec RFF a permis d’esquisser les faisabilités financières et opérationnelles de la cession de fonciers privés et RFF – SNCF en vue de la réalisation d’opérations d’aménagements mixtes.
